South American Indian

Photo of a South American Indian from the Amazon Rain forest in traditional clothing, that is to say without any cloths at all, such as was their tradition before making first contact with the outside world.  Some uncontacted South American Indian tribes still exist and these "lost Amazon tribes" still practice their traditions that date back to before westerners first invaded their territory.  The majority of these lost Amazon tribes probably had contact with the western world at some point in the past, but have chosen to live apart from the outside world in isolation.  Evidence of uncontacted Amazon tribes exist in Ecuador, Peru, and most notably Brazil where the number of uncontacted tribes is thought to be the highest in the world.
